Bio
My dad is a music teacher so I grew up with music in my ears. From classical to 70s rock and 80s wave. At the age of 14 I started playing drums in a punk rock pop italian band but @ 19 I was more clubbing and enjoying electronic music than playing (and maybe i realized what tha fuck i was doing ... even if we got radio show etc.) and we split up. For few years I had fun in house clubs until I listened to some old Derrick May tape and my life became dedicated to electro/Detroit techno. I started playing with vinyl and I tried to organize some party. With my friends I founded 'Malastrana' ( www.malastrana.org ). We did some nice party in the Tuscan hills (up to 500 people), where I used to play b2b with my mate Jaco usually all night long (stop me if u can!). The last thing I done with Malastrana was a Truck at Firenze Street Parade 2004. I tried to do something in Milans clubs but the results were terrible. Tired of: "no sorry we don't play techno in this club" or "Sorry here we play hardcore your sound is nice but too slow" I decided to come in London to carry on with my passion. Thanks to my Girlfriend, who came to london with me and made some better PR than i did (CHECK OUT: http://www.myspace.com/djelectricdelight), i went to some Malfaiteurs and Family Groove party got back on decks and started going a bit more around. You'll ask yourself why London ? well all of my favourite producers are here or chicago, i'm italian and London is closer (lazy ass) ... Meantime, well in fact since 1996, I started writing my own music and, another reason that moved me to london, I did a sound engineering course at London SAE college....Then you have to know that is also 12 years that as a job i do video editing/post production, vsual fx etc. so right after i graduated in sound engineering SAE asked me to work there and Im stuck in there. I work in the college as a teacher and i teach filmmaking. ...
From the production side i'm the Producer and founder of my own label N7 Trax, which is out now Born in Italy from a family of musicians, it's all his life that he listens and breaths music.
His approach to electronic/Dance music was back in 1996 with the Italian
deep and pounding house scene and the driving funky sound of Chicago.
Towards the end of the 90s he starts spinning records playing at the parties of his promotion "Malstrana" and others club nights around north Italy.
It's there that He builds up his unique and eclectic music style. Pimping the mixes with tons of different tunes and tricks and driving the crowd with his madness behind the decks Aaron get his nick name "The Pimp".
In 2004 he moved to London, with his partner/Dj Electric Delight and starts spreading his own hard jackin' dirty style in the underground London Scene.
In 2006 he meet the 50Hz boss Jamie B, which impressed by his slamming, ghetto flavoured, jackin' bitch track "Dreams" decide to release it on the 50Hz JackTracks EP.
In May 2007, together with Electric Delight and Djako, he starts his
record label N7 Records. Inspired by Jamie-B, influenced by the Jacknation and driven by London underground scene.
